​Lily is a finance and accounting major at the University of Miami, and has firsthand experience in investment banking recruitment. Her efforts allowed her to secure a spot as a Wells Fargo IB Summer Analyst in 2026. She is passionate about helping college students break into finance, and wants to help students launch their careers with confidence.
Juan Carlos Musi

Juan Carlos is an Entrepreneurship & Real Estate major at the University of Miami with a track record of turning ideas into thriving ventures. As the founder of a fitness-supplement company, he drives product innovation, marketing strategy, and day-to-day operations. Now, he channels that experience into helping students land coveted positions in finance and the wider business world.
Pavi Nithiyakumar

Pavi is an Accounting and Finance major at the University of Miami, with firsthand experience navigating the private equity recruiting process. Through her dedication, she earned a Business Development Internship at Eskay Capital for Summer 2025. Pavi is deeply committed to mentoring and supporting students who aspire to enter competitive areas of finance. Her goal is to create resources and a community that empower others to succeed with confidence.
Soren Watson
Co-Founder & CMO
Soren is an aspiring lawyer majoring in finance. This summer, he will gain hands-on experience interning as a law clerk at the Law Office of Erin Muldoon Haug. Driven by his passion for the legal field and his long-term goal of running his own firm, Soren is equally committed to leadership and mentorship. By guiding others in finding internships and career opportunities, he believing that success is built not only on personal achievement, but also on empowering those around him.
